【安全のために】

ボルダリングは危険(死亡や重大な怪我)を伴うスポーツです。自身と他の利用者の安全確保に細心の注意を払ってください。
・動きやすい服装を着用のうえ、登る前には準備運動を行って下さい。
・爪は短く切ってください。
・アクセサリーや腕時計は、怪我の原因となりますので外してください。
・メガネは破損する可能性がありますのでご注意ください。
・髪の長い方はホールドに引っかかる可能性があるため、束ねるなどの対策を講じてください。
・登る際は必ずクライミングシューズを着用してください。ただし、小学生以下の方に限り「上履き」で代用可能です。
・登り始める前に周囲を確認してください。先に登っている方が優先です。
・施設内には着地の衝撃を和らげるマットが敷かれておりますが、怪我防止を完全に保障するものではありません。着地点を確認してから降りてください。捻挫等をする危険がありますので、なるべく飛び降りずにホールドをつたい両足で着地してください。
・壁やホールドは、製品の性質上、破損・回転・落下する可能性を完全に防ぐことは出来ません。破損等にお気づきの際は至急スタッフまでお知らせください。
・クライマーや落下物との接触の危険性がありますので、休憩・待機・移動等はマット外で行ってください。万が一クライマーが落下し衝突をした場合、下にいる方の責任となります。

【Safety Precautions】
Bouldering involves risks of death and loss of bodily function. Please use the facility with careful attention to ensure the safety of yourself and other customers.
Please check your surroundings before starting to climb. Climbers ahead of you have priority.
Please change into comfortable clothing and do warm-ups before climbing.
Nails may come off. Please cut them short before climbing.
Please take off jewelry and watches as they may cause injury.
Glasses may be damaged.
Long hair may get caught in the hold. Please bundle it to prevent accidents.
Climbers must wear climbing shoes. Elementary school students and younger may also wear upper shoes.
Crash pads do not guarantee complete safety. Please check your landing point before getting off. Please do not jump off and land on both feet.
Walls and holds are not perfectly safe and may break, spin around, and fall off. If you notice any damage, please notify our staff immediately.
Please get off the crash pads when resting, waiting, and moving around to prevent contact with climbers and falling objects. If a climber falls and collides with a person below, the person below will take responsibility.

【施設の利用について】

・モンキーマジックつくば（以下、「当施設」といいます）における怪我（後遺症や死亡も含む）等の事故、盗難、紛失、及びお客様同士のトラブルに関して、当施設は一切責任を負いません。
・貴重品の管理はお客様ご自身でお願いいたします。鍵付きのロッカーがございますので適宜ご利用ください。鍵の紛失等によりロッカーが開かなくなった場合、スタッフにお知らせください。中に入っているものや身分証明書で本人確認してからお渡しいたします。また、鍵を紛失された場合は弁償していただきます。
・全館禁煙です。
・アルコールを摂取された方のご利用はお断りいたします。
・体調が悪い場合は利用せず、体調が悪くなった方は直ちに利用を中止してください。
・当施設内での写真･映像撮影は他の利用者の皆様にご配慮ください。
・当施設の同フロアには他に多くのお店がありますのでチョークが付着した手での施設外での休憩やお買物等はご遠慮ください。
・当施設外ではクライミングシューズを脱いでください。
・緑色のマットの上での飲食はできません。マット上以外のフロア部分でお願いします。
・午後8時以降は立入禁止区域や他店舗様区画に絶対に立ち入らないで下さい。
・混雑状況によっては、一部ご利用を制限させて頂く場合がございます。
・長時間の同じ壁の占有はご遠慮いただき、他の利用者の方と譲り合ってご利用ください。
・チョークは飛沫防止対策を行ってご使用ください（液体チョーク・ブロックチョーク推奨、粉チョークは必ずチョークボールに入れてください）。
・チョークはレンタル、販売しております。施設内のチョークは勝手に使用しないでください。
・ゴミは各自お持ち帰りください。

【Use of Facility】
Monkey Magic Tsukuba (hereinafter referred to as “this facility”) is not responsible for any accidents, theft, loss, trouble between guests, or injuries (including permanent injury or death) at this facility.
Please take care of your valuables by yourself. If you lose the key or otherwise cannot open the locker, please notify a staff member. We will confirm your identity with what is in the locker and your ID card before handing it back to you. If you lose the key, you will be required to pay for the lost key.
Smoking is prohibited in the entire building.
We do not permit the use of this facility for those who have consumed alcoholic beverages.
If you feel unwell, please do not use this facility. If you get unwell while using it, please stop it immediately.
You may take pictures and videos in this facility, but please refrain from doing that may disturb other customers.
Please do not rest or shop outside this facility with chalk on your hands.
Please take off your climbing shoes outside this facility.
Eating and drinking are not allowed on the green crash pads.
Please do not enter the off-limits areas and other stores after 8:00 p.m.
Use of this facility may be restricted depending on the crowds.
Please do not occupy a particular wall for a long time and share the space with other customers.
We have rental chalks. Please do not use other customers’ chalk without permission.
If you use powder type chalk, prevent shattering. Liquid or block type chalk is recommended in this facility.
Please take your garbage home with you.

【18歳未満のお客様について】

・18歳未満のお客様は誓約書に保護者の署名が必要です。
・中学生以下の方は利用時間に制限があります。
・安全面を考慮し、小学生以下のお子様のご利用は保護者の同伴時のみとします（一部スクール生を除く）。お子様1人が登る際は保護者1人が必ず監督し安全確保に努めてください。
・保護者の方のスマートフォンでのゲームや読書など、お子様の様子を監督できない行為は行わないで下さい。
・中学生以上の方はおひとりでご利用できます。
・店内を走り回るなど他のお客様のご迷惑となった場合や、スタッフの指示に従わない場合は、施設の利用を中止させて頂く場合がございます。

【Customer under 18 years of age】
Customers under 18 years of age must have a parent’s or guardian’s signature on a pledge form.
There are restrictions on the hours of use for junior high school students and younger.
Elementary school students and younger children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to ensure the safety. One parent or guardian must supervise and ensure their safety of every single child.
As a parent or guardian, please do not engage in activities that interfere with the supervision of your child, such as playing games on a smartphone and reading books.
Junior high school students can use the facility alone.
If the customer causes disturbance to other customers, such as running around the facility and ignoring the instructions of our staff, we may terminate the use of this facility of the individual.

【その他注意事項】

・本利用規約や当施設スタッフの指示に従わない場合、及び他のお客様の迷惑になるような行為をされた場合は、ご利用をお断りする場合がございます。
この利用規約は随時変更になる可能性があり、お客様は随時それに同意したものとみなします。

【Other Precautions】
If you do not follow these Terms of Conditions or the instruction of our staff, or if you cause any disturbance to other customers, we may terminate your use of this facility.
Rates are subject to change. Please check our website or over the counter for the latest rates.
These Terms of Conditions may be modified occasionally, and you are deemed to agree to them.
